13 Nov 2026
Decision Labs , Tax , Roundtable

Our interactive Roundtable Sessions are your opportunity to join small group discussions with fellow SAP Tax & Trade professionals to share experiences, ask questions and exchange practical ideas on the topics that matter most to you. Each table is hosted by an industry expert or customer and is designed to encourage open conversation rather than formal presentations. Spaces are limited, so if you would like to take part, you'll need to reserve your place when completing your conference registration. Simply select the roundtable(s) you'd like to attend as part of the registration process. Based on the results from our customer vote, this roundtable will explore how technology is changing tax operations, from automating processes to building the foundations for more effective and future-ready tax functions. Discussion will focus on: 1. AI and automation opportunities: Where these technologies can deliver the greatest value in tax processes, and the barriers to adoption. 2. Data quality, reporting and integration: Tackling common data challenges and improving the reliability and connectivity of tax systems. 3. The evolving tax function: How technology, automation and regulatory demands are changing tax team structures, responsibilities and required capabilities.
